Yellow spots/stains on walls, clothing?

weird....i don't know about the clothes BUT on the walls, it could be previous stains, (such as nicotine), that were not sealed correctly before the last paint job. OR water spots not sealed correctly. both of those things will bleed through paint if not sealed. i have no answer concerning the clothes. that's what makes it weird. maybe you have a poltergeist? BOO! lol, (just kidding)
