Good diet/ workout plan?

Good but the not right exercise.Way to much exercise. Do short high intensity workouts which will speed your metabolism which is how fast your body burns off calories. When doing short high intensity workouts your body will produce a hormone naturally which is called EPOC. It is produced because your-body needs help restoring muscle tissue after a short high intensity workout. Short high intensity workouts will make exercise a lot less because it is so hard.You should workout only 20-30 minutes 4 days a week. In a matter of weeks you will see some definition. Also you will have an after burn affect which means you burn calories 48 hours after your workout. In your sleep you will be burning calories! Also have what I call savior so what that means is do not kill yourself if you had a serving size of ice cream that is just fine if you have it once a week. Follow these tips and I swear you build muscle and lose all the fat you need to lose.To figure out what type of exercises you need to do go to youtube and watch and subscribe to sixpackshortcuts.
