Am I over reacting/ being clingy?

Me and this guy hung out at the movies last night, and snuggled, etc. He asked me out SOOOO MANY TIMES, and I've rejected him all of the times. Problem? now i freaking like him....But BIGGER problem! I'm moving! So, yeah. And i've been waiting for a text from him alllllll day, and he texted me like 30 minutes ago, But i didn't respond yet, i was busy and i play hard to get, but this girl texted me in the mean time and she was like Wats up and I said Nm you and she said Talking to ___(him), which made me kinda jealous cuz last night he was texting alotta girls to, and I guess we aren't even going out and I'm over reacting! sorry, i dunno why, i think I have a jealousy problem or something......help?!):
