My belly keeps growling an making noises and I can feel them. It's doing this frequently. What could it be.? ?

I'm 14, and at church today I felt alotta movement on my left side of my back. And my stomach has been growling alot latley and making noises. And sometimes I can feel it, or it feels like gas. What could this be.?
