Do lots of people get sick at kennywood?

My kids and I have been to Kennywood and we have never seen anyone get sick. I'm sure it happens, but the place is so crowded the chances of you seeing that one person that doesn't make it to the bathroom/garbage can is very slim. Go have a good time and enjoy yourself!
