Halo reach blue flames ?

i downloaded the bungie mobile app on my itouch and linked it to my bungie account and all. i saw the thing that said blue flames i clicked it and it now has a check next to it sayin like burn blue or something, basically saying i activated it. but when i play reach i dont have it , so it didnt work for me. i see alotta other people with it...what am i doing wrong?
