I really doubt it but could i be pregnant?

The last time i had sex was the beginning of febuary its near the end of april, i took a pregnancy tests 2 weeks after i had sex and it was negative & i have had my period 2 times since then maybe even 3 but i dnt remember. however, im a week late for my period now. And also im having alotta common pregnancy symptoms. Really tired all the time, Peeing frequently, hot flashes, random food cravings, breast tenderness & at random times ill be able to see the veins in my breasts and chest perfectly? However im pretty positive im nawt pregnant but what else could all this mean? Oh and im nawt on birth control or any other medication. Sumone help please??
