Is there a ghost in my house?

in different places in the house, usually the lightswitch there is a black fingerprint, just today, there was a black blob on the wall, and a fingerprint on a bowl on top of the cupboard.. We always check after we see the marks to see if there is anything on our hands and there never is... Is this a ghost? Please help because i'm really scared?:( thanks..
