Is The Lady On The Phone (Expungement Office) Reliable?

If it's not an active case, then it's archived. The lady on the phone is unreliable. I would suspect she only checked for a warrant. Once your case is final, which means no probation etc., it's put in a different system which she probable doesn't have sitting on her computer.
