How to remove hp protect tools password?

i am really irritated by the security issues. Every time i on my computer i have to type in the password or scan my fingerprint. at first i am okay with it, but it always take a long time for the things to pop out for you to choose. (i don't know how to explain clearly, as in when you on the computer, some icons will pop out for you to choose whether to scan your thumbprint or type in your password right??? it always take a super long time for it to come out.) Hence i am trying to remove this stupid thing, but i don't know how to. i tried to go to the control panel user acc, but it seems impossible to remove. please help:(
